OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy and understand that buying fashion online is convenient however it doesn't give you a chance to try anything on, so you may return items bought online for exchange, credit note or full refund. (sale items are non refundable).
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND?
If you decide the garment you have purchased does not quite fit right please send item back in unworn / new condition with tags still in place within 14 days from the delivery date to:

*Please email us before returning your items back to us. Please quote your order number in your email.

If the item is FAULTY we will refund you the return shipping cost and item cost or exchange for another same item or anything else you choose of the same value.
Please note; If your return the item/s after the 14 days after delivery we will issue you a credit note not a refund.
The credit note is valid for 3 months from date that the item/s were delivered.

Return Requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
All items are returned to head office in Melbourne.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning an item.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners, vibrators.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
SHIPPING STATUS
We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
Please note that orders over $100 AUD do not pay for shipping.
In the event that our stock levels are low, the items will be sent directly from our suppliers.
Our suppliers are carefully selected and are stationed all around the world.

DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. U Fashion House is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. U Fashion House can never guarantee a delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
